Edit: If you are talking about receiving admins, we don't sell them. We are however trying to find people like yourself that are active CS: S players and willing to help donate. Rest assured that even a small donation goes a long ways on your application.
In addition to what you're already doing the best thing for you to do is befriend some of the current admins. Logging on to vent and sticking around on the forums are the fastest methods. If you have friend in high places, they'll vouch for you in the applicant discussion area...
