It's never too early to start planning these sorts of things. I'd rather we start a few months early and have it fly under the radar rather than planning it a month before hand.

Brainstorm session.

What?
When?
Where?
Who?
How?
Why?
Etc?

I feel food and drinks at The Bayou and/or Desert Edge are in order at some point in this outing.  But I don't do snow sports...

Nope.. it never is too early. I am going to keep with my tradition venture to Utah and suggest the following

What?: Winter Outing
When?: Late Feb early March (St. Pattys weekend again?)
Where?: SLC, Brighton or Snowbird, and a lan?
Who?: Anyone that can make it
How?: Maybe someone can hook up the tickets again to a resort and perhaps Persy will have a lan evening for us. I stay at in downtown if there are any people from far away needing a place, its not too expensive.
Why?: I dont think we ever need an excuse as to why..
Etc?: Let's see if Killa can come down for the weekend.

Probably should answer my own questions

What? Winter Outing
When? Mid February would work better than St. Pattys. March is usually a temperamental month, last year it just happened to be awesome. How about President's day weekend?
Where? SLC/The Mountains
Who? Everyone
Why? Duh
Etc?

I'd vote the bird over Brighton. That way I won't be so tempted to ski some awesomely close backcountry. Man, tree skiing 6 inches of freshies was so nice.

I don't know if I'll be able to hook us up with tickets, I'll be able to let people know later this winter. Would the pants be down for a LAN Saturday night after we hit up the resorts?

Other than that, I'd say get drinks/food Friday night and then whatever else sounds fun.

the closer to march we get the better for me, but as december approaches ill know more.
i liked brighton a lot better than park city. ive never been to bird, so im game.
if anyone can hook up the tickets that would be cool.

presidents day weekend happens to be valentines day weekend and that is too hard to explain to your significant others why you'd rather hang out with the nerds.
