s13 Changes

SEASON 13 CONFIG UPDATE

The CAL CS:S server config has been updated. This config can be found in the files section under the name calcfg2.1.zip This is a major change as we are going back to mr15, 800 start money, 1:45 round time. Please note this config must be used for all MPT, IPT and regular season matches for Season 13.

If you could make this change on the sever for us laby, I'd appreciate it.
