me and bud jumped on about 7:30 today (friday) and within 20 minutes we had it full and we left and i came back about an hour later and it was still full, omg i had a blast our team won like 4 maps in a row without losing a round LOL oh btw i will work on getting everyone in opg a copy of tf2, consider it my donation since money is out of the question since i have a shit load of bills and can barely eat lol

I have a suggestion. As much as I guess people don't like sudden death, stalemates are even worse. So I think the 2 minute sudden death timer needs to be increased to 3 or 3.5 minutes. I was just playing hydro and spent half an hour playing game after game that ended in stalemate because both sides are too pussy to make a move. At least when there's a bit more time after one side thins out the other they'll usually make a move.

hey, im chimin in to answer a few questions that i have found on this thread.

before i get started....how you doin?  great!

on the server,  it is our first box, built by myself and Handyman in like 02 or somthing. its a Dual AMD Mp2400 with like 10 gigs of ram or somthing.  It was funded by Utah DS patrons and members of BoE. It is property of the BoE community, and i am its primary caretaker.  Xmission is providing bandwith at no charge due to a deal that was struck many years back.  I am now pretty much the main guy when it comes to the old Fragbait rack @ the data center.  Ive been given the green light to do with it as we (gamers) see fit.

anyways,  Yes this is a Joint setup, since i do not have the time to manage BoE servers to the full capacity i have asked for help. Latro stepped up, and we got started.  Latro (OPG) will have full rights to configuration/administration on this server.  I will use the popular server to promote other ventures.

if you noticed, the boe.xmission.com ip is where we use to house the CSS Utah DS for like 5 years, so i think maybe a few million people might have it in their favorites, which contributed to its quick popularity, and i know OPG will do its best to make sure the server is Popular for years to come.

I must say, The Server is free.  Donations for keeping it Running are not need or ever needed.  But i know OPG can always use funding, so please, if you do receive Admins, do your part and chip in a few bucks to them.  there good peoples.

lastly,  I know in the past there mighta been some bullshit drama between members of our clubs, let us use this opprotunity to put the past where it belongs... In the past.  i am ready to move on, with full respect for OpG and ALL of its members and affiliates. I request humbly that you return the favor.
