One of the best games this past year was BioShock. What made BioShock great was its unique First Person Shooter game play that included giant enemies that only attacked you when provoked, little tiny girls that questioned your moral character, and small puzzle games to make you think in between blasting people in the head.
BioShock is a great game… but it still has one major flaw, no multiplayer. Now it is true that the creators left out the multiplayer so that they could guarantee the best single player game they could create, but now that they’re confident in their single player game creation skills bring on the multiplayer!
Luckily it appears the this will be corrected in BioShock 2. It looks like 2k is now looking for a Lead Multiplayer Designer that is familiar with Bioshock and capable of creating a game that can “go head to head with the big boys.”
Of course this isn’t an official announcement of Multiplayer being included in the game, but it appears that 2k won’t leave out that important feature this time.
